Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

To receive your refund to your original payment method:

  • Products must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • Returns registered separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining registered returns will slow down the refund process!

  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Athletics Motionitem) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Gymshark. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

  • Please don't send any items back to us until you've completed a Return Request and have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Any returns received without an 'RA Number' will not be processed.
  • When we've received the return it can take up to 5 working days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you've requested an exchange to confirm the product you'd like.
  • We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged, faulty or the wrong size.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
