RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
- For free exchanges click here to process within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Please provide your order number and the size you want in exchange.
To receive your refund to your original payment method:
Please click here to process a return within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Once you receive your return label, products must be returned within 7 days; otherwise, the return label will be canceled automatically and we will not able to refund you.
- All Athletics Motion items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached.
- Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
- If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
- By placing an order with Athletics Motion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms, and conditions.
- Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that is not a Athletics Motion item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Athletics Motion. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
- Please don't send any items back to us until you've completed a Return Request and have your Return Label.
*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
*WE DO NOT PROCESS REFUNDS FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES CONFIRMED DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER.
