Return & Exchanges


- For free exchanges please contact our customer support team within 14 days from the delivery date.

- Please provide your order number and the size you want in exchange.



To receive your refund to your original payment method:

  • Please contact our customer support team within 90 days of receiving your order.

  • Once you receive your return label, products must be returned within 7 days; otherwise, the return label will be canceled automatically and we will not able to refund you.
  • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). As part of our sustainability efforts, we are removing the tags from all new products so don't be alarmed if you receive an item with no tags on.

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that is not a Athletics Motion item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Athletics Motion. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!

  • Please don't send any items back to us until you've completed a Return Request and have your Return Label.
  • When we've received the return it can take up to 5 working days to process your request and issue a refund or exchange. We may contact you to discuss options, and if you've requested an exchange to confirm the product you'd like.
  • We may ask you to provide photos if an item is damaged, faulty or the wrong size.
